# What we would like to see

• Rust: Experience with Rust is a must. Even if you have previously mostly worked with Solidity or Assembly Script, we want you to have at least a basic understanding of Rust, and the willingness to learn more.
• Smart Contract development: Previous experience with working on smart contracts is expected. Ideally you will have a portfolio of previous NFT or DeFi projects that you can show us.
• Smart Contract testing: We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and that requires ensuring high quality code, tested with Unit and Simulation tests, as well as deployment and battle testing on testnet
• Git: Experience with working in a collaborative environment, including branching and pull-requests
• Open-source contributions: We value the open echosystem built around code. Any contribution to open-source projects, crypto related or otherwise, is a big benefit in our eyes.
• NEAR Experience: Most of our work is on the NEAR blockchain, so prior experience is highly beneficial. If you are a NEAR Certified Developer we guarantee that you will be interviewed.
