About the Position:
As we extend the team we're looking for an HR Generalist with some experience and knowledge of Human Resources functions. Someone who is willing to join a fast-paced start-up environment, motivated to work and constantly develop into a multidimensional role with a focus on bringing value to the organization and support to the team.
You will work closely with the engineering, growth, operations team under a Head of HR guidance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage daily workflows.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers on the needs, managing a pipeline of agencies and candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, preparing offers.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and programs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Undertake tasks around performance management, organize performance reviews.
- Maintain employee and contractors files, records and systems, administer compensation plans.
- Handle requests from the team, enhance efficiency by resolving issues promptly, handle requests from the team.
- Maintain knowledge of market practices and industry trends, propose adjustment to the processes if needed.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as HR Coordinator, Generalist, Manager or alike.
- Experience with conducting interviews.
- English language advanced+.
- Ability to manage multiple streams and communication channels, attention to detail.
- Experience working with different HR tools (HRS, ATS, PM tools, Payroll tools, etc.)
