Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, recruitment, payroll management, and employee documentation. Previous experience working with startups is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
2. Recruitment:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract, select, and retain high-quality employees.
- Work closely with other departments to understand hiring needs and requirements for both tech and non-tech roles.
3. Payroll Management:
- Manage and oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Employee Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, payroll information, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
5. HR Administration:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including people management, recruitment, payroll, and employee documentation.
- Must have experience working in a startup environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
