What you'll do
- Be fully responsible for the product planning and implementation of the order book DEX, and build the core functions and iteration roadmap of the trading platform from scratch.
- Design and optimize the trading experience (limit orders, market orders, matching logic, liquidity guidance mechanism) to enhance order depth and matching efficiency.
- Cooperate with the market, BD and community to promote liquidity construction and user growth, and ensure the transaction activity and market competitiveness of the platform.
- Build product and operation teams, promote cross-departmental collaboration (technology, operation, marketing, compliance), and ensure that projects are delivered as planned.
- Track the industry trends of DeFi and TradFi, and explore differentiated functions (cross-chain trading, derivatives expansion, MEV protection, market maker mechanism).
- Coordinate risk management and compliance, and establish a security risk control process and an external audit mechanism.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, economics, computer science, etc. preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in fintech, blockchain or Internet products, and more than 3 years of experience in team management or project leadership.
- Familiar with the DEX/CEX model, with a profound understanding of the order book matching logic and liquidity mechanism.
- With successful experience in the 0-1 implementation of blockchain products, I can balance product innovation and security compliance.
- Possessing outstanding strategic planning, cross-team communication and resource coordination capabilities, one can drive implementation in an uncertain environment.
- English can be used as a working language and can be used to follow up on overseas projects and community dynamics.
Bonus points
- Has served as the core product/business head in centralized exchanges, DEXs, and DeFi protocols.
- Have experience in community operation or token economic model design.
- Familiar with liquidity incentives (LP incentives, order book market maker schemes) and ecosystem construction.
