What you'll do
- Help with the daily creative output for social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design visually striking and on-brand content, including static posts, carousels, infographics, and social media visuals.
- Create short animations and motion graphics optimized for social media engagement.
- Develop and maintain social media design templates and guidelines for consistent global and regional usage.
- Leverage AI design tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative variety.
- Stay on top of design and social media trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling and aestheticsacross all channels.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in social media design, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience creating short-form motion graphics/animations for social media platforms.
- Good understanding of visual aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, image or video editing tools) is a plus.
- Knowledge of current social media and design trends.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced, global team environment.
