What you'll do
- Leverage AI tools to efficiently generate content, design and iterate content processes to ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and user value, and increase user engagement and retention on the site; monitor content performance data and continuously iterate content formats and distribution strategies.
- Design and implement an AI-driven internal toolchain to lower the barrier to entry for content production across other business lines and improve overall team efficiency; train business departments on the use of AI tools, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promote the automation and intelligent transformation of content production.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher, 1-3 years of content operations experience, familiarity with industry trends, and sensitivity to market trends.
- Proficiency in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Coze, Dify, etc.), with experience in AI prompt optimization and content generation. Experience with LLM agent platforms such as Coze and Dify, or experience implementing requirements using cursor programming, is preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and information integration skills, able to quickly transform professional content into easily digestible information. Possess a process optimization mindset and excel at improving team efficiency through tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to independently connect with KOLs and promote successful collaborations.
- Familiarity with mainstream cryptocurrency communities both domestically and internationally, and excellent English skills.

- 较强的沟通协调能力，能独立对接KOL并推动合作落地。
- 熟悉国内外主流加密货币社区、英语能力优秀。
