What you'll do
- Database: Responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of the database to meet business requirements.
- Redis Management: Manage Redis cache solutions, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Performance stress testing: Conduct database performance stress testing, analyze performance bottlenecks, and propose improvement measures.
- Data monitoring: Monitor the performance and health status of the database to ensure high availability and consistency of data.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data security.
- Troubleshooting: Respond quickly to database-related faults and issues to minimize system downtime.
- Documents and Reports: Write and maintain database documents, and prepare regular database status reports.
What you'll need
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in database management and operation and maintenance.
- Proficient in the management and optimization of mainstream database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, TiDB, MongoDB, etc.
- Be familiar with cloud Database services such as AWS RDS, Aliyun RDS or Azure SQL Database.
- Be familiar with Redis and its application in production environments.
- Be capable of independently conducting database performance stress tests and analyses.
- Proficient in using database monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, etc.
- Possess excellent SQL tuning skills and be capable of writing efficient SQL queries.
- Familiar with the Linux operating system and shell, as well as python scripting.
- Understand the database services on Cloud service platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Certification qualifications: Those with database-related certifications will be given priority (such as OCM, DBA certification, etc.)

- 熟悉Redis及其在生产环境中的应用。
- 能够独立进行数据库性能压力测试和分析。
- 熟练使用数据库监控工具，如Zabbix、Nagios、Prometheus等。
