What you'll do
- Regularly publish community announcements, discussion topics, and promotional materials to boost user engagement.
- Design original content tailored to community needs to attract and retain users.
- Plan and organize online community activities such as AMAs, giveaways, interactive games, and more.
- Track activity performance, analyze key metrics (engagement, user growth), and recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage and guide shillers (water army) to create topics, encourage user interaction, and support content production/distribution for promotions across platforms.
- Lead shillers and community members in participating in events, campaigns, and testing new features.
- Assist in promoting Twitter engagement and expanding community outreach.
- Configure and manage Discord and Telegram bots to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 3 years experience in community management or operations, with familiarity in social platforms such as Discord and Telegram.
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies, including shiller management.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and guide user interactions.
- Experience in analyzing user behavior and optimizing operational strategies.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Discord/Telegram bots.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills for engaging with domestic and international users.
- Experience with online community activities and promotional campaigns.
- Insight into water army management and online promotion tactics.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for community growth.

- 配置和管理 Discord、Telegram 机器人，以提高运营效率和用户体验。
任职要求
- 至少 3 年社区管理或运营经验，熟悉 Discord、Telegram 等社交平台；
- 深刻理解社区互动策略，包括水军管理；
- 具备创造有吸引力内容和引导用户互动的能力；
- 有分析用户行为和优化运营策略的经验；
- 熟练配置和管理 Discord/Telegram 机器人；
- 中英文流利，具备良好的沟通能力，可与国内外用户互动；
- 有线上社区活动和推广活动的经验；
- 对水军管理和线上推广手法有一定了解；
- 具备数据分析能力，能够为社区增长提供可执行的洞察。
