What you'll do
- Responsible for the daily operations and growth of RWA products and US/HK stock derivatives, and accountable for regional RWA product growth targets;
- Plan and execute differentiated activities based on user segmentation (new users / active users / VIPs) to drive trading volume and user retention;
- Conduct overseas market research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, investment preferences, and pain points across different regions, providing input for product and operational strategies;
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and promote product optimization;
- Track key performance metrics (new users, trading volume, activity ROI, etc.), conduct regular reviews, and continuously optimize operational strategies.
What you'll need
- Overseas study background; major in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Business Management is a plus;
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, securities firm, or US/HK online brokerage with proven growth/operation achievements; familiarity with US/HK stock markets is preferred;
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with the ability to independently drive projects;
- Strong stress tolerance, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and execution skills.
