What you'll do
- Be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, analyzing project initiation and making investment decisions in the field of artificial intelligence (AI);
- Track the development trends of the AI industry, conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge AI technologies and their application scenarios, and form industry analysis reports;
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with AI startups, research institutions, industry experts, etc., and carry out post-investment management and empowerment for high-quality targets;
- Lead or assist in negotiating investment agreements, designing transaction structures, and controlling risks in core investment processes;
- Participate in the management of the investment portfolio, exit and income management, and provide professional advice for the company's investment decisions;
- Continuously monitor the global AI technology landscape and market dynamics, and promote the company's investment layout and strategic upgrading in the AI field.
What you'll need
- Master's degree or above from a key institution, with a major in computer science, artificial intelligence, electronic information, finance, etc. (priority given to those with relevant qualifications);
- Fluent in English, with strong English reading, writing and business communication skills, capable of handling international investment or technical exchanges;
- Solid knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, with in-depth understanding of industry mainstream technologies (such as large models, machine learning, computer vision, etc.) and their market applications;
- Rich experience in AI domain equity investment, mergers and acquisitions or venture capital, having led or core-participated in the entire investment process of multiple AI projects, with successful project cases preferred;
- Possess good industry analysis ability, logical thinking and project promotion ability, capable of independently conducting industry research and project evaluation;
- Possess team collaboration and cross-departmental communication skills, proactive, highly responsible, and with strong adaptability to pressure;
- Those with extensive resources in the AI industry and investment circle are preferred.

- 具备扎实的人工智能领域知识，对行业主流技术（如大模型、机器学习、计算机视觉等）及其市场应用拥有深入理解；
- 拥有丰富的AI领域股权投资、并购或风险投资经验，主导或核心参与过多个AI项目投资全流程，有成功项目案例者优先；
- 具备良好的行业分析能力、逻辑思维和项目推动能力，能够独立开展行业研究与项目评估；
- 具备团队协作和跨部门沟通能力，工作主动、责任心强，抗压能力强；
- 具备广泛的AI行业及投资圈资源者优先。
