Job Responsibilities:
- Lead global business development efforts to expand Morph's ecosystem across payments, DeFi, and Infrastructure.
- Own the full BD lifecycle: sourcing opportunities, structuring deals, negotiating terms, and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Design and execute scalable BD funnels that bring in high-quality partners and founders to strengthen
- Morph's growth.
- Act as a senior representative of Morph at industry events and in partner meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partnerships are successfully launched and supported.
Job Requirements:
- Crypto-native background with at least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain or web3 infra/defi projects.
- Strong familiarity with stablecoins, including the regulatory landscape, technical infrastructure, and liquidity dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing complex partnerships across global markets.
- Proven ability to design and manage BD funnels that convert prospects into lasting ecosystem participants.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, capable of operating independently in a fast-paced and global environment.
