Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Morph's global payments business development, building an ecosystem of infrastructure and applications.
• Own the strategy and execution for expanding Morph's footprint as a settlement layer for payments, ensuring assets such as stablecoins flow seamlessly across infra and apps.
• Develop and manage high-value partnerships with payment companies, fintechs, and Web3-native teams, bridging crypto-native and traditional payment ecosystems.
• Shape Morph's payment rails by negotiating integrations, launching pilots, and scaling adoption with both infra partners and consumer-facing apps.
• Act as the senior payments lead in discussions with global institutions, merchants, and fintechs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ecosystem, and compliance teams to align BD efforts with Morph's payment strategy.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within the payments or fintech industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience in web3.
• Deep understanding of the payments stack and payments applications
• Strong grasp of stablecoins, digital asset settlement, and regulatory considerations in payments.
• Track record of closing complex, strategic partnerships with payment companies, fintechs, or Web3-native teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to operate at the intersection of crypto-native and traditional payment partners.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, comfortable leading in a fast-moving, global, and cross-border environment.
