What you'll do
- Design and implement test plans for algorithm systems and products, and execute corresponding test strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive tests on the functions, performance, stability, and usability of the software to ensure it meets the design requirements.
- Design and create complex test scenarios and test data sets to verify algorithm effectiveness and related issues.
- Participate in the agile development process of the R&D team and work closely with the algorithm team to provide effective feedback.
- Track and analyze test results to help the team identify and fix problems.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- At least three years of software testing experience, with at least one year of experience in testing AI algorithm systems.
- Familiar with common software testing methods and tools, such as unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.
- Have a certain programming foundation and be able to write test scripts and automated testing tools.
- Have a certain understanding of machine learning, algorithms, and data structures, and be able to effectively test and verify the correctness of algorithms.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities, and be able to work independently under pressure.

- 熟悉常用的软件测试方法和测试工具，如单元测试、功能测试、性能测试等。
- 具有一定的编程基础，能编写测试脚本和自动化测试工具。
- 对机器学习、算法、数据结构有一定的理解，能有效测试和验证算法的正确性。
- 具备优秀的问题解决能力和项目管理能力，能够在压力下独立工作。
