What you'll do

  • Monitoring customer interactions (chats, emails, lark) to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Delivering constructive feedback and personalized coaching to customer service representatives.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and customer feedback to uncover trends and areas for development.
  • Recommending process enhancements based on insights from data and frontline observations.
  • Partnering with team leads and training staff to support agent development and onboarding.
  • Assisting in the creation and refinement of quality assurance frameworks and evaluation tools.
  • Supporting a culture of customer-centricity through consistent QA practices.
  • Staying updated on product and policy changes to ensure accurate assessment criteria.

What you'll need

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within a contact center, BPO, or Web3 customer support environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver feedback and reports.
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret service trends.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk) is an advantage.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
