We are looking for a proactive, thorough Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of Blockchain Explorers. You will play a critical role building explorer related APIs such as blockchain indexers and its related tools, integrating with 3rd parties and creating many other components related to the explorer ecosystem. Ultimately, you should be able to adapt quickly to meet the needs of our fast growth and the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem.

As a Senior Back-End engineer you must be able to build testable, scalable systems, drive technical discussions and make a positive impact on the team's development by advocating the best engineering practices.

Our development team tackles some of the most interesting problems in the crypto space while rapidly and securely scaling a distributed platform that touches millions of people every day. We want you to join us!


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build systems to support new blockchains in our explorer
  • Ingest and process blockchain data
  • Integrate with 3rd party software
  • Build scalable API for our Front-end to consume
  • Contribute to existing services

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • You are highly motivated, self-driven, passionate about crypto currencies,
  • You find your way around when confronted to a novel problem not many people faced before,
  • You take full responsibility for all the projects you work in
  • Real world experience with Blockchains
  • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms (PoW/PoS), and data structures (blocks, transactions, Merkle trees).
  • Experience parsing blockchain data (e.g., parsing Bitcoin/Ethereum blocks, querying nodes, or using APIs like Etherscan/Blockchair)
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design
