Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for affiliates including external facing products (affiliate and affiliated users) and internal facing products (operations) while aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs
• Oversee the development and optimization of the commissions calculation system while ensuring accurate and transparent commission payouts
• Build products across various surfaces and platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools, APIs) that make the affiliate programme compelling and reliable
• Lead the end to end product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to prioritize and deliver high quality features
• Experience with full-stack product delivery that includes UX and backend systems
• Ensure the quality of the system, assist in testing and troubleshooting, and ensure stable operation of the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of product experience, with experience in delivering both B2C products and B2B products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to do internal and external advocacy and collaboration that will require a keen eye for narrative and storytelling
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency space is a plus.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English, including written and oral expression;
