About The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital media strategy in accordance with business needs;
  • Utilize media planning tools such as SensorTower/Pathmatics and Similarweb, to collect and analyze data;
  • Provides briefs to media publishers and secure quality inventory with crypto websites;
  • Liaise with media publishers to draft and review proposals, book ads, keep track of inventory and execute campaigns (personally or through Ad Operations specialists);
  • Interact daily and maintain rapport with country managers, product teams, etc to develop product’s go to market strategy;
  • Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, collaborate with Ads Operations team to optimise campaign results;
  • Manage media calendar to ensure all campaigns are executed in a timely manner;
  • Develop briefs for Creative and Copywriting teams to produce required assets;
  • Report on campaign performance with the ability to distill and curate insights and findings.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years in media planning with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Candidates with media or performance agency experience highly preferred;
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, Japanese) is a plus;
  • Ability to articulate strategy, rationale, and ideas;
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnel;
  • Good sense of numbers - CPA/ ROAS/ ROI metrics;
  • Experience with media planning and buying tools advantageous;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

*Contract is renewable, depending on performance and business needs.
