Job responsibilities:

1. Work with the Growth team to complete the design and iteration requirements related to user journey and growth tools.
2. Pay attention to and ensure design restoration; track the online effect and propose effective improvement plans based on the results.
3. Starting from User Experience, participate in market surveys, User Research, manage user feedback, and promote the implementation of experience projects.
4. Able to quickly understand the business and provide support to other lines of the team when facing resource bottlenecks in other lines.
5. Work closely with other UED designers to maintain platform design consistency.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in design-related majors, with overseas study experience preferred.
2. More than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in user growth and B-end related design preferred.
3. Familiar with design software such as Figma and Adobe series, possessing good product and interaction thinking, business understanding abilities, and able to participate in user research and product design processes.
4. Strong comprehension ability, good expression ability, able to communicate efficiently with product business, balance business goals and experience goals. Possess good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Strong execution ability, able to efficiently produce design solutions in different directions.
6. Familiarity with financial transactions, digital currency, blockchain, and Web 3 related fields is preferred.
