We're seeking an outstanding SSC Leader to join our team in SG.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize SSC processes and enhance service quality.
• Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal clients to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the SSC team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and monitor SSC performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the SSC to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution related to HR services provided by the SSC.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with SSC priorities and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing an HR Shared Services Center.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on service delivery excellence.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing digital solutions within an SSC environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans for the SSC.
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates who are proficient in both English and Mandarin will be preferred, as you will deal with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
