We are looking for a Georgia based HR SSC Specialist to take care of our local Georgia office.

You need to have expert knowledge of local labor laws, payroll management and employee lifecycle to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with Georgia labor laws, providing expertise on local regulations and resolving any legal ambiguities.
2. Oversee HR operations encompassing the employee lifecycle, payroll management, and efficient handling of inquiries.
3. Facilitate on-site onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of HR and payroll experience, with a solid understanding of HR principles and local labor laws.
2. Proficiency in technical skills, including Excel functions and HRIS maintenance, to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
3. Strong communication skills to liaise with local employees and global stakeholders effectively.
4. Bilingual in Georgian as well as English.
5. Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and independence in handling HR operations.
