Job responsibilities

• Development of recommendation or advertising-related algorithm models (recall, ranking, bidding models, etc.)
• Based on massive user data to study user behavior/preferences, construct a user portrait tag system, such as: population attribute tab, consumer
• Data such as fee tags, interest preference tags, and ID-mapping.
• Improve and optimize the user portrait tag system through Machine Learning/Deep learning technology to improve tag coverage
• User lifecycle management and optimization. Build a user growth model and optimize the user lifecycle. For example, new customer mining.
• Conversion prediction, churn warning, etc
• Based on massive user data, it can provide strategic support for marketing targeting and improve the conversion rate of marketing activities
• Link products and operations, analyze business data, provide reliable Big Data Analysis modeling solutions, improve product experience and business metrics

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, with solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science
• Have experience in model development such as recall, first stage ranking, precision ranking, and bidding in the recommendation/advertising field, and can improve the model by digging deep into feature engineering
• Effect.
• Familiar with NLP techniques based on deep neural networks.
• Master common models such as Machine Learning/Deep learning, be able to extract high-order portrait labels through algorithms, and be able to identify missing labels
• Perform predictive filling to improve user portrait tag coverage.
• Proficient in using at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.; proficient in at least one programming language
• Language, including but not limited to Python/Java/Scala/Go. Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Hive, Spark, Flink, etc. is preferred.
