We are seeking a strategic and experienced Crypto Spot Listing Business Manager to lead and optimize the business aspects of spot listings for our cryptocurrency exchange. This role is key to driving the growth and success of our listing operations, focusing on building partnerships, managing relationships with crypto projects, and implementing strategies to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for spot listings to drive growth and market expansion.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential cryptocurrencies and tokens for listing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cryptocurrency projects, developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate listing agreements and terms with crypto projects to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze competitor listings and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the spot listing process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure smooth and successful listings.
- Track and analyze the performance of listed cryptocurrencies and tokens, including trading volumes, user engagement, and revenue impact.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to stay competitive in the evolving crypto market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the cryptocurrency industry.
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and spot listing dynamics.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements in the crypto industry.
- Experience with crypto exchanges and trading platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in market research and performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
