Job responsibilities:

• Undertake the function planning, function design, and request management of CRM product lines (such as Salesforce and customer service back-end) (C-end functions and supporting management back-end).
• Responsible for working closely with the company's internal business team to build CRM and business flow systems, and responsible for delivering results and business satisfaction
• Explore the implementation and application of AI capabilities in the company's CRM and other product systems to improve internal efficiency
• Responsible for detailed feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirement communication, writing PRD documents, functional process sorting, Functional Button sorting, logical judgment of each Functional Button, field sorting, etc., and assist the R & D team in understanding and mastering requirements, designing system architecture, and arranging iteration plans.

Job requirements:

• 1 - 3 years Product Manager experience with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in using Axure, Mockplus and other prototyping tools, Visio, MindManager and other process and mind mapping tools, with excellent PRD document writing ability, can clearly explain the product logic and functional details.
• Possess strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate XFN resources, control project progress, promote smooth project delivery, good communication, coordination, and teamwork spirit, good at listening to needs, coordinating the interests of all parties to reach consensus.
• Data-driven thinking, familiar with Data Analysis methods and tools, able to optimize products through data mining, possessing strong learning ability and innovation awareness, actively paying attention to industry trends, introducing new technologies and concepts to optimize products.
• Candidates with experience in building or successfully implementing AI products are preferred
• Candidates with experience in cryptocurrency exchanges will be given priority consideration
• Fluent in English and can be used as a daily working language (conference).
