About the Role

As our Blockchain Partnerships Manager, you will play an important role in identifying future partners, managing partners through the integration process, and expanding the partnership post-integration.
Essense of the job: Managing and strengthening the relationships with blockchain partners that have integrated Chainlink services. Identify synergistic opportunities with blockchain partners and unlock partner buy-in for partnering further with Chainlink strategically. Drive internal alignment between GTM and Product/Eng regarding integrations
What the right hire will be working on: Will manage a portfolio of blockchain partners (across multiple tiers). Engage with our Eng/Product team to align on the product integration roadmap, blockers, and potential solutions to bring more products live on our chain partners faster.

Your Impact

  • First 6 months: Establish strong communication channels with multiple POCs on the assigned partner portfolio (ranging from operational to decision makers). Be able to convincingly present the value of Chainlink products for a chain ecosystem and answer basic technical questions regarding their superiority and competitive advantage
  • First 12 months: Identify, pursue and secure critical strategic opportunities based on Chainlink priorities (i.e. make CCIP the canonical bridge for a chain partner)


  • Based in APAC
  • 5+ years of partnerships/alliances or account management/sales/business development experience, preferably in technology businesses
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- The ability to think strategically and to develop and execute innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Preferred Requirements

  • Working experience in the blockchain space (experience with L1s/L2s or infrastructure players an added plus)
  • Overseas/international company working experience

Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or engineering or equivalent past experience (e.g. Solution Architect)
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
