Cornerstone is looking for an exceptional marketer to join our product studio and ecosystem team with coverage responsibilities globally. As part of the app team, you will play an active role in leading the marketing efforts and accelerating the growth of top ecosystem projects’ community. You’ll work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with the NEAR and NEAR ecosystem’s senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Craft marketing/community strategy and OKRs for a leading Dapp project; Review OKRs and iterate
- User profiling, define prioritization on target audience
- Define narrative(s)
- Draft high level marketing plan and hiring roadmap
- Prepare key milestone announcements ahead of time
- Share strategic insights with other leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Experience growing from a crypto project’s user community. Had experience in both raising awareness and conversion. Ideally you should have managed Twitter account for projects with more than 50k followers
- Understand technical - you don’t have to know how to code, but you should know how Maker works and what is an NFT
- Understand how traders and hodlers think. Know what they care about.
- Understand defi. Participating frequently would be a huge plus
- Have experience writing user focused content
- Can handle intense schedule and work on a fast pace
- Scrappy and hands-on. Understand the importance of market dynamics and momentum. Willing to adapt and iterate.
- Co-management of junior investment team members
