Kyber Network is looking for a Decentralized protocols Researcher working in either the Hanoi or HCMC office. This position belongs to the Research team, reporting directly to the Decentralized Finance Researcher Lead, in charge of analyzing existing systems and developing new decentralized protocols.

Kyber Network is one of the earliest decentralized exchanges appearing in decentralized finance in particular and the Ethereum ecosystem in general. Kyber’s goal is to develop a financial system that can serve multiple/mass users while ensuring security.

The main duties of Decentralized protocols Researcher will be:

• Designing and implementing new Decentralized Protocols for Kyber’s needs.
• Researching, understanding, and evaluating existing or developing Decentralized Protocols in the ecosystem.
• Improving and adapting existing technology for application in Kyber products.
• Providing analysis reports on different decentralized protocols.

• Strong background in Smart- contract and decentralized protocol
• Experienced in designing and implementing decentralized protocols
• Excellent research experience, good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good English for reading, writing, and verbal communicating specialized in technical documents.
• Orienting in-depth working in Blockchain.

• Major in informatics at high school, participate in the National Olympiad for Informatics and regional/international ACM/ICPC
