About the Position:

The Director of Sales is the leader of the sales division at Otherlife. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets in line with our profitability objectives, as outlined in the company-wide OKR’s. This role involves developing a comprehensive sales strategy, including inbound and outbound sales, partnerships, and recurring business. The candidate will be instrumental in building, training, and guiding a high-performance sales team, utilizing performance metrics for success evaluation.The Director of Sales will coordinate with the MoonPay’s Enterprise team to facilitate new projects and partnerships with global brands. This presents a unique opportunity to make your mark on a sales team at a leading Creative Agency, which is part of a rapidly expanding global fin-tech/web3 company.

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our services and processes to effectively develope sales strategies, manage sales processes, scope projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Design and implement a cohesive sales strategy to enhance inbound sales, manage outbound sales processes, and boost recurring business.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners and referral sources.

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performance sales team within the Otherlife agency.

  • Collaborate with MoonPay’s Enterprise Team to establish, manage, and grow partnerships and projects with global brands.

  • Build and grow the sales pipeline targeting specific customers, advancing deal statuses, and monitoring key sales metrics (time-to-close, win rate, average deal size, CAC, pipeline value, churn rate, etc.)

  • Regularly Track sales and revenue to key internal stakeholders (both Otherlife and MoonPay).

  • Maintain and foster positive, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client and prospect companies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery, proactively identifying opportunities for relationship expansion and revenue growth.

  • Monitor client accounts, resolve issues, and capitalize on successful projects by gathering customer testimonials and referrals.

  • Utilize client feedback and usage data for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and measure company OKRs.

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Showcase strategic thinking abilities and adept problem-solving skills.

  • Bring prior leadership and team management experience.

Minimum Experience: 10+ years experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role. Additional experience should include client success, account management, or similar capacities, showcasing a track record of effectively managing and expanding client relationships.
