We are looking to hire an AI Product Manager to join the Product team at NEAR Foundation. The right candidate is experienced with AI technologies and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, working remotely with a global team.


You Will

  • Product and project management execution for the near AI website
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for near.ai
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories for product development.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, trends, and best practices internally and externally.
  • Product and project management execution for the NEAR License, inclusive of creating a strategy to identify and attract IP providers
  • Project management support for the infra-incubation strategy in partnership with Founder Success
  • Liaise with NEAR Developer lead, assisting that lead with roadmap creation, structure & resourcing

You Have

  • Proven experience as a product manager or owner, focusing on AI-powered products and solutions.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of the Web3 AI market, including emerging entrants / new projects
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
