Investor Relations Intern

The Investor Relations Intern role will be key in driving the company’s investor relations and strategic partnership efforts within the venture capital and institutional investment space across the US, Middle East, and Asia regions. This role focuses on enhancing engagement with venture capitalists (VCs), liquid funds, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners. By leveraging research, communication, and relationship management skills, the Investor Relations Associate will strengthen the firm’s investor network, refine investment strategies, and optimize communication with stakeholders.
You Will
- Conduct in-depth research on institutional investors, venture capital firms, and family offices to identify potential partners. Build and maintain a database of key investors, tracking engagement, follow-ups, and areas of interest.
- Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence requests, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
- Conduct competitive analysis on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging investment opportunities. Assist in evaluating potential investment targets, including preparing due diligence reports and risk assessments.
- Draft investor reports, quarterly updates, and insights to maintain transparency and strong investor relations. Support investor presentations, Q&A sessions, and ongoing engagement with stakeholders.
- Identify and support participation in key industry events, networking opportunities, and investor summits.
- Assist in managing sponsorship opportunities and organizing private investor meetings.
- Help streamline investor relations workflows, including CRM management and investor engagement tracking. Improve documentation processes and knowledge-sharing within the investment team.
- Identify gaps in current investor engagement strategies and propose innovative solutions to strengthen institutional relationships. Support senior leadership with strategic projects that enhance fundraising and business development efforts.
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Pursuing an MBA
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or a similar role.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, particularly in investor profiling and market intelligence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for investor outreach and reporting.
- Basic understanding of venture capital, institutional investing, and fundraising principles.
- Industry knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
