NEARWEEK is looking for an experienced Social Media / Marketing Manager to strengthen our team. NEARWEEK is expanding to become a multi-purpose content platform dedicated to informing the NEAR Protocol ecosystem. Through the NEARWEEK website, the Twitter account, the newsletter, upcoming widget and decentralized content platform, the NEAR community is informed on all the latest news and product launches in the NEAR ecosystem.

Being closely connected to the NEAR Foundation, VCs, the NEAR community, and its ecosystem projects, NEARWEEK sits at the heart of the NEAR ecosystem. Working for NEARWEEK means you’ll become one of the key connectors of the NEAR ecosystem.

In the Social Media/Marketing Manager role, you have the opportunity to experiment and build out your own strategy in close collaboration with the rest of the team. You will have the freedom to schedule your own working hours and take on projects, we believe in an open, transparent and self-driven working environment. • You have at least two years of professional experience with social media
• You’re crypto/NEAR-native
• You’re self-driven, organized and motivated
• You’re a connector
• You know how to speak to an online community

In this position, you will be

• Developing and executing a Social Media Strategy and Content Plan
• Publishing social posts on NEARWEEK's social channels
• Leading content distribution on several NEAR Ecosystem channels
• Organizing monthly recurring Twitter Spaces
• Working closely with the editorial team
• Developing and managing workflows using tools like Trello/Typeform/Notion/Slack, etc.
