About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design the architecture, functional modules, and processes of the backend system to ensure its efficiency and stability, meeting business requirements and user experience.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and work closely with cross-departmental teams to gather and analyze requirements, and develop product plans and roadmaps.
- Write detailed product requirement documents, including business processes, functional descriptions, interface designs, and data logic, ensuring the development team clearly understands the product requirements.
- Track product development progress, coordinate to solve issues and risks during the development process, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product.
- Responsible for pre-launch testing and UAT, ensuring the completeness and stability of product features.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the product after launch, collect user feedback, and continuously optimize product features and user experience.
- Research industry trends and competitors, propose innovative product improvements and optimization suggestions to enhance product competitiveness.
What We Look For In You:
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in backend product management, with successful product cases preferred.
- Familiar with software development processes, possessing good project management and team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources to promote product implementation.
- Strong demand analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to quickly understand and grasp business needs.
- Strong self-motivation and innovative spirit, able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
