About the Opportunity

As an IT Support Officer for one of the largest crypto exchanges, you will be working on a wide-spectrum of projects, hardware/networks for the recently-renovated HK office with 500+ staff. You will work with a team of 5 in HK office, with potential to move up as IT manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate with vendors to manage hardware like laptops, printers, video conference equipment
• Support software applications and ensure availability
• Respond promptly to resolve any tech issues experienced by employees
• Keep detailed records of inventory

• Has flexibility to work occasional extra hours when needed
• Has successfully managed small projects from start to finish
• Kept close tabs on progress and deadlines.
• Cantonese and Mandarin speaking as well as Chinese writing
