About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead to drive our business initiatives across APAC and drive the growth of our organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes, and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Major Account Development: Identify and develop major accounts in key markets, as well as foster long-term relationships with high-value clients. Drive account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.
  • Establish TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. Leverage existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire the business development team through fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Set clear objectives, provide mentorship, and drive team performance to achieve overall growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal & compliance and product, to develop strategies which are adherent to regulatory requirements and aligned with business goals and customer needs, respectively.

What We Look For In You

  • Experienced sales professional with in-depth knowledge of local crypto regulations and proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and growing high-performing global teams.
  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
