About the Opportunity

We're looking for a senior Content Designer to jump into our vibrant team with a mission to bridge traditional and decentralized finance.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about finance as well as experienced in harmonizing content styles across multiple product lines. You will have opportunities to develop and lead content initiatives to ensure content quality and elevate user experience. You will build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bridge the communication gap between complex product features and the average user. Create and advocate for approachable language that best presents our product features to global users.
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to identify quality issues and to improve content quality and consistency.
  • Experience our products and services from end-to-end, conduct competitor analysis, stay on top of the latest trends in the content design field to ensure optimal product experience.
  • Incorporate user research and testing results into content decisions for improved product experiences.
  • Share your experiences and best practices with the team; review other team members’ work and provide insightful feedback.

What We Look For In You

  • Demonstrated 8+ years of experience in UX writing or content design experience
  • Experience with common design software and content management systems.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders from Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to communicate this efficiently to the team
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with a global team across different timezones in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process.
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share.
  • Passionate about crypto and the idea of democratizing finance.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team of writers or content designers.

  • Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $330,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
