About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of our Paid Ads Platform, enabling performance marketing teams to implement data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns. In this role, you will assess current processes, identify pain points, and create a high-impact paid ads strategy. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning to platform delivery, with a focus on campaign management, ROI analysis, creative optimization, and A/B testing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategic Roadmap & Analysis: Evaluate the current paid ads system, identify key gaps, and create a data-driven paid ads strategy.
- Product Development: Drive end-to-end development, ensuring platform capabilities meet performance marketing needs.
- Campaign & Channel Optimization: Build tools for efficient ad distribution, campaign management, and optimization.
- Data & Analytics: Develop dashboards for ROI tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis to support data-driven campaign adjustments.
- Creative Optimization: Establish systems for creative management, tracking, and performance testing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, SEM, and analytics teams to align on product goals and functionality.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of trends and best practices in paid ads and digital marketing.
What We Look For In You:
- 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in paid ads, digital marketing, or ad tech.
- Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) and campaign monetization.
- Proven knowledge of paid ads and digital marketing across social media, SEM, and programmatic channels.
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Interest in the crypto or Web3 industry.
- Experience in ad tech, martech, or building tools for performance marketing teams.
- Chinese language proficiency for collaboration with Chinese-speaking engineers is a nice to have.
