About the Opportunity
The Senior Growth Manager is a newly created role in the Growth Marketing Team. We are looking for a seasoned, crypto-native growth marketing professional to focus on optimizing growth processes, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency across all marketing channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including defining target audiences, messaging and objectives.
- Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with operations, design and product teams to produce creative assets.
- Responsible for paid traffic growth, developing media source/new paid ads channels/agencies according to the company's strategic goals;
- Optimize budget, creatives, placement, audience in order to achieve ROAS/ROI targets (Twitter, Facebook/Instagram or other social media channels)
- Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively
- Plan, execute and report for local market teams to promote market specific campaigns
- Participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities.
What We Look For In You
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including go-to-market strategy development and management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, specifically paid social, display and email.
- Ability to interpret data to make informed optimisations and decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, with a willingness to take on challenges and the ability to set up new processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
