About The Team
The Trading Systems Architecture Team is dedicated to building a secure, stable, and high-performance global trading platform. Through cutting-edge architectural design, cross-continent network optimization, and end-to-end stability management, we strive to minimize trading risks while significantly enhancing the user experience. What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the overall architecture design of the trading system and related platforms, covering trading processes, data transmission, cross-continent network optimization, system stability management, and performance optimization.
- Utilize data analysis and technical research to identify end-to-end risks, proactively detect architectural weaknesses and potential issues, and propose systematic solutions.
- Work closely with business units and platform teams to accurately understand business requirements and technical details, ensuring efficient communication across teams.
- Independently plan and drive technical strategies, proactively identify challenges, formulate solutions, and lead project implementation, as well as manage projects and team collaboration.
- Document and maintain detailed technical reports, summarize key learnings, and promote best architectural practices to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over five years of experience in development and architecture.
- Strong passion for technology, a high sense of responsibility, and a proactive learning mindset, with the ability to continuously improve in challenging environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of deeply understanding technical details and effectively conveying them to relevant business and platform teams.
- Solid programming fundamentals with strong data structures and algorithm expertise; familiarity with the fundamentals of trading systems, distributed systems, or network optimization and stability management.
- Experience driving technical direction independently, solved complex problems, and managed projects, along with strong technical documentation skills.
Nice-To-Haves
- Proficiency in Java/JVM ecosystem, or experience with Go/C++ development.
- Experience in ACM or algorithm competitions.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale project implementation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
