About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs while also supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with employees, and ensures smooth and compliant benefits operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Benefits Administration- Oversee the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits programs for US employees.
- Manage enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal HR teams, and key stakeholders to optimize benefits offerings.
- Assist with open enrollment, benefits reporting, and audits as needed.
- Assist with the design and facilitation of L&D programs.
- Create training materials, content, and resources to enhance employee learning.
- Support in organizing and delivering workshops, webinars, and development sessions.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, policies, and best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS and benefits platforms.
- Ability to balance benefits administration and L&D responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Some project management experience to help coordinate L&D initiatives.
- A positive, hands-on team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.

- The salary range for this position is $159,000 - $190,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
