Who We Are:
- Strategy Design & Implementation:
Build a comprehensive risk control framework tailored for growth-related business models, overseeing key risk metrics across multiple growth channels.
Drive the evolution from rule-based systems to AI-powered risk intelligence, enabling proactive identification, prevention, and response mechanisms.
- AI-Driven Capability Building:
Work closely with AI, data science, and ops teams to co-develop AI-based and rule-based detection systems.
Lead regular case reviews and iterate on model effectiveness and rule sets, improving the accuracy and timeliness of fraud detection.
- Risk Monitoring & Early Warning System:
Establish company-wide risk monitoring mechanisms with full-chain visibility.
Develop real-time alert systems based on key risk indicators to identify abnormal patterns and prevent fraud preemptively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream teams across product, operations, tech, and customer support.
Facilitate regular strategy reviews and promote modularization and standardization of risk strategies to enhance execution efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and grow the risk team, set clear OKRs, and build a sustainable, high-performance risk control system.
Drive knowledge-sharing culture and enhance professional judgment and strategic thinking across the team.
- 10+ years of experience in risk strategy or fraud prevention, with at least 5 years in management roles.
- Deep understanding of fraudulent behaviors such as fake registrations, referral farming, bonus abuse, and proven ability to design countermeasures.
- Strong familiarity with common risk modeling techniques (e.g., anomaly detection, scoring models, graph models), and ability to work effectively with AI teams.
- Passion for the crypto industry, with the ability to quickly grasp business models and related risk characteristics.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data, and other teams to implement strategies
