About the Opportunity
We’re looking for Director of Product Management to lead the development of OKX Pay. Our mission is to empower the next billion users to seamlessly send, receive, and spend crypto—both on-chain and in the real world—bridging the gap between Web3 innovation and everyday utility.
In this role, you’ll shape the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive execution across multiple high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering world-class consumer products, a sharp eye for user experience, and deep fluency in the crypto ecosystem—including wallets, chains, and DeFi protocols.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Product Strategy & Vision – Define and lead the product strategy, aligned with OKX’s broader mission to deliver secure, user-centric, and innovative Web3 financial solutions.
• Feature Development – Drive the end-to-end design and development of wallet functionalities, including payments, savings/yield, and other user-centric features that deliver seamless and secure experiences.
• User Experience & Design – Champion user needs through data, research, and intuition—translating complex crypto concepts into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and marketing to deliver features that are both innovative and regulatory-compliant.
• Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and evolving regulatory environments to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture built on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What We Look For In You
• Experience – 8+ years in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing applications; experience in crypto or fintech is strongly preferred.
• User Empathy – Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user behavior and design products that address real-world needs.
• Technical Acumen – Solid grasp of blockchain technologies, stablecoins, and non-custodial wallet architectures.
• Leadership – Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making – Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and leverage data to guide product strategy.
• Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
• Regulatory Familiarity – Understanding of KYC, transaction monitoring, Travel Rules, risk and fraud management in a crypto or payments context.
• Innovation Mindset – A creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and push boundaries to drive product innovation.

- The salary range for this position is $300,000-$540,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
