What You'll Be Doing
Drive user acquisition and revenue growth across the United States and UAE by owning the full-funnel performance marketing strategy. You will be responsible for hitting CAC, ROI, and channel scalability targets, while navigating crypto ad compliance to protect business continuity.
- Lead paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels, optimizing for growth KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
- Develop and execute region-specific media plans that align with user growth goals, campaign budgets, and UAE/US market dynamics.
- Proactively manage compliance risk—embed regulatory intelligence into campaign workflows to minimize disallowed ads, reduce account suspensions, and maintain UAE FSRA adherence.
- Drive performance through rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion and retention.
- Monitor spend efficiency in real time; produce weekly business-impact reports highlighting contribution to revenue, user quality, and channel ROI.
- Partner with design, product, and legal teams to ensure campaigns are high-impact and fully compliant with platform and jurisdictional policies.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience, including 3+ years leading teams and managing ≥USD 10M annual budget with P&L accountability.
- Proven ability to scale paid media for financial/crypto products under strict compliance regimes.
- Deep understanding of Google "restricted financial products" policies, Meta crypto-ad approval processes, and TikTok finance advertising rules.
- Strong commercial sense—comfortable making budget trade-offs based on real-time data and business impact.
- Fluent in SQL/Python for ROI analysis and automation; skilled with tools like Looker, Data Studio, or similar BI platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills across business, legal, and product teams.
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with ADGM/UAE whitelisting processes or managing paid campaigns in regulated crypto markets.
- Passion for crypto/Web3—regular user of crypto products and active follower of industry trends.
- Public speaker or contributor on topics like ad fraud, user acquisition in regulated industries, or performance compliance best practices.
