About the Opportunity:
OKX is looking for a visionary Product Director to own our global Referral & Incentive growth engine. You will architect and scale viral loops—referrals, bonuses, and other reward mechanics—that turn first‑time users into passionate advocates. Working at the intersection of product, business, and data, you’ll transform country‑level “zero‑to‑one” wins into repeatable, high‑impact playbooks for fast‑moving markets worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and drive market‑entry strategy: Craft and execute go‑to‑market roadmaps for each target region, ensuring alignment on positioning, goals, and product‑market fit.
- Design and optimize referral mechanics: Launch and iterate viral programs—referrals, bonuses, incentives—that maximize acquisition, activation, and retention while delivering strong ROI.
- Localize at scale: Build self‑serve campaign templates and configuration tools so local teams can adapt quickly across languages, currencies, and compliance requirements.
- Lead data‑driven experimentation: Establish North‑Star metrics, run rapid A/B tests, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable roadmap updates.
- Partner cross‑functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Document and share playbooks: Codify best practices, dashboards, and automation to raise growth velocity across the entire organization.
- Develop talent and culture: Mentor teammates and champion a hypothesis‑driven, experimentation‑first mindset throughout the growth org.
What We Look For In You:
Experience & Impact
- 5+ years leading growth‑virality initiatives (referrals, network effects, bonus mechanics), with end‑to‑end ownership of both product and business outcomes.
- Proven 0‑to‑1 growth success in a single market—you played a pivotal role in taking a region from concept to traction, then scaled learnings globally.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new geographies.
Product & Technical Acumen
- Full product‑development‑lifecycle expertise; adept at writing crisp PRDs and collaborating with engineers and designers.
- Fluency in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and growth‑stack tooling (analytics, A/B platforms, CRM).
Industry & Domain
- Passion for crypto‑finance trends, ecosystems, and emerging technologies; you stay ahead of market news and regulation.
- Experience with user‑facing fintech or consumer platforms is highly desirable.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Self‑starter who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and can drive alignment across global stakeholders.
- Sharp logical thinker and problem solver with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
