About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager, Commercial to develop and execute OKX SG’s commercial roadmap. This role covers both strategy and execution - shaping our growth agenda, identifying market opportunities, and developing high-impact initiatives that accelerate our expansion in Singapore. A key part of this role includes leading the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and services, ensuring that launches are optimised for success and commercial viability in the Singapore market. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to turn market insights into actionable strategies, bringing new products and solutions to market in ways that deepen customer engagement and drive trading volumes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and review of commercial strategies to grow market share, trading volumes, and product adoption in the Singapore market.
  • Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic partnership opportunities with private and public sector stakeholders to enable market expansion.
  • Design commercial models, go-to-market plans, and joint propositions for new product launches and service enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Support - to translate commercial and GTM strategies into executable plans, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness for market initiatives.
  • Lead the GTM process for major initiatives, from crafting the value proposition design to activating the right marketing and partnership channels, and driving post-launch performance reviews to optimise adoption and revenue impact.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of commercial and partnership initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing and sales teams for data-driven performance optimisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to turn insights into commercially sound, executable plans.
  • Experience structuring and managing high-value, long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate commercial initiatives into product, marketing and operational requirements
