About the Opportunity
As we expand rapidly globally, the next phase of Total Rewards at OKX is to make our C&B structure more crypto-market competitive. We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated C&B Senior Manager with hands-on data analytics skills and great attention to details.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support OK group Total Rewards strategy development and enhancement. Ensure the competitive pay positioning of Total Rewards related policies/guideline design and build up, including but not limited to long term incentive administration (LTI) , annual salary review modeling, base pay design, and annual bonus review etc.
- Ensure the smooth administration of Long Term Incentive processes by managing agreement distribution, researching and resolving LTI-related issues, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex matters to senior team members when appropriate, and performing accurate data validation to support effective LTI administration.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current Total Rewards policies/guidelines. Make proposals for gap areas and enhancement points.
- Support the annual Total Rewards programs, like annual salary review, LTI review, benefits review, and salary survey analysis by leveraging market data to ensure competitive offerings on a global scale.
- Effectively partner with HRBP and other HR functions and work closely with business and HR team to manage, consult, and resolve compensation and benefits issues.
- Provide training to HR staff & business on processes and professional practices within the total rewards process and will directly interact with all levels of employees.
- Efficiently manage workflows and deadlines through strong project management skills . Drive both short- and long-term planning efforts, provide thoughtful policy and program recommendations and proactively recommend and help implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s Degree with solid knowledge and experience of Total Rewards & Compensation & Benefits operations and design. Sales incentives and long term incentive administrative and or design project experience will be a plus.
- 10+ years of total rewards/equity design & administration experience in the US and EU markets, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
- Deep knowledge of global equity compensation, including pool planning, burn rate modeling, vesting, cliffs, and liquidity events.
- Excellent analytical skills; expert level in Excel and experience with RSU/Share/token cap table
- Strong communication skills. Able to drive business conversation and have positive influence by explaining complex topics in an easy to understand manner.
- Self-motivated. Can work under pressure and able to adjust to the rapidly changing environments.
- Commitment to the company’s values with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively across the organization.
- Hands-on experience dealing with kinds of internal requests.
- Good team player. Ability to build partnerships within HR teams and across business units.
Nice to Haves
- Experience at financial institutions and/or tech companies is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with crypto matters a definite advantage
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English

- The salary range for this position is $171,000 - $214,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
