About the Role
We are looking for a VIP Relations Manager to manage high-value and institutional clients in Turkey, while also supporting selected day-to-day operational tasks for OKX TR.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, operations, and internal coordination, ensuring an excellent VIP experience while maintaining operational stability. The position is an individual contributor role and requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
VIP Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and high-value users in Turkey
- Manage daily communication with VIP clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear explanations, and proactive updates.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring a high standard of service.
- Own the full lifecycle of externally sourced VIP users, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and initiatives to improve user performance and satisfaction.
Operational Support & Escalation Management
- Support issue resolution for VIP and institutional users by working closely with Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Growth teams
- Own VIP escalations end-to-end and drive issues to resolution with minimal user impact
- Assist with day-to-day OKX TR operational tasks, including issue tracking, internal coordination, and follow-ups.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring VIP or operational issues and contribute to process, tooling, or product improvement proposals.
- Collaborate with global teams on system-level, product-related, or policy-driven cases.
- Maintain structured documentation and provide clear internal status updates to relevant stakeholders.
What We Look For In You
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in relationship management, operations, client services, or a similar role
- Previous experience at a top-tier crypto exchange is required
- Proven ability to manage high-value or demanding clients in a professional and structured manner
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritize, triage, and resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Turkish proficiency required
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and sound judgment under pressure
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and handling ambiguity
- Resident of Turkey
Nice to Have
- Experience working with VIP, institutional, or high-net-worth users
- Exposure to regulated financial environments such as crypto, fintech, or payments
- Understanding of the Turkish regulatory landscape, including MASAK and SPK
- Experience using internal tools such as ticketing systems, data dashboards, or API-related workflows
- Proactive working style with strong learning agility
