We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the team responsible for making the Sweat Wallet app into the best multichain mobile wallet on the market with tens of millions of users.

• Experienced with mobile product development and ideally have worked on mobile wallet or payments applications in the past. Proven track record in managing the designing, building and shipping of products with results to speak of.
• Passionate for solving user problems and developing simple UI with minimum number of user actions required to get to the aha moment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills helping to keep the project on track and team and management engaged. Fantastic track record in mentoring, managing and encouraging others under your management.
• Empathy with the mass-market users who are not keen to follow the crypto-native approach to UX/UI and want to see a lot simpler solutions offered to them.

What you will work on:

• Lead our Crypto squad, including designers and engineers, collectively owning a meaningful portion of the product. By ‘own’, we really do mean ‘own’; we promote a MACRO-management culture to allow talented employees to thrive and be truly impactful.
• Support other Product Managers and, using your experience, add value to features being developed and conceived outside of your squad.
• Raise the bar by introducing tools, processes and practices that drive efficiency across all teams and create a thriving culture within the organisation.
• You’ll be responsible for driving vision and strategy in your team, delivered through a prioritised roadmap, with an emphasis on taking big bets and iterating fast
• You’ll also be responsible for communicating this vision to the company and founders
• Your squad will have additional support from our brilliant User Research and Data Science teams, as well as whichever additional resources you require to deliver impact
• You and your squad will work on designing and building features within Sweat Wallet that drive the use of $SWEAT token and create immersive experiences for our users. You will also be responsible for ensuring continuity of all features built across all squads when introducing a new feature.
