This role will ensure that all users of the SwissBorg service have a smooth and pleasant experience when depositing or withdrawing funds by ensuring payments related tasks are done in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

What you might be doing:

  • Become the expert of all payment related activities
  • Attentively process all manual transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements, department procedures, etc.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of all things related to SwissBorg payments and services
  • Suggest ideas for more efficient solutions for workflows, back office, and other aspects of the setup
  • Collaborate with product teams as needed (ie: feedback about improvement areas, ability to test new features, etc.)
  • Ensure the highest level of compliance with internal and external requirements in the payments process
  • Work closely with compliance to help prevent fraud
  • Payments related problem solving
  • Support the onboarding of new specialists
  • Assist teams in setting and monitoring KPIs that support the improvement and growth plan
  • Assist in special projects and other duties as needed
  • Work based on a rotating shift pattern

What you might bring:

  • Previous experience in payments processing is required
  • Familiarity with various payment systems and software, international experience is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, processing, and related compliance requirements
  • Strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies
  • Prior experience in FinTech or financial services is a strong plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred
